« Mobiliser et renforcer les capacités des communautés et des individus pour effectuer la traduction de la Bible à travers des recherches linguistiques, la traduction, l’alphabétisation et l’interaction avec les saintes écritures. Gagner, Former, Envoyer, Implanter des Eglises locales dans les milieux pauvres ; Evangéliser, Réévangéliser et aider à se développer ».
